Defining Our Culture from Within

To ensure every team member felt aligned and inspired, Vivint Solar launched an internal campaign to redefine our company values. This initiative featured a series of engaging videos that illustrated what these values mean in practice, aiming to foster a cohesive, motivated, and value-driven workforce.

As a lead copywriter, I was responsible for conceptualizing and writing the scripts for these videos, crafting narratives that resonated with our employees and brought our values to life. Through this campaign, we not only strengthened our internal culture but also empowered our teams to embody these principles in their everyday work, driving greater connection and purpose across the company.
