At Sunrun, we undertook a comprehensive overhaul of our FAQ section to make solar education more accessible and user-friendly. Recognizing the diverse needs of our audience, we developed two distinct FAQs: one tailored for individuals interested in going solar and another specifically for current solar customers. This approach not only provided targeted, easy-to-understand information but also significantly reduced call volume, allowing our support team to focus on customers with more complex issues. The project required meticulous research and cross-department collaboration to answer dozens of questions. It may not be the flashiest project, but the result was a robust, streamlined resource that empowered our customers with the knowledge they needed, right at their fingertips— and save the company a ton of money.
