To enhance customer satisfaction and streamline our support services at Sunrun, we developed a series of short, animated videos designed to answer common customer questions. By providing clear, concise information in an engaging format, these videos helped reduce the number of calls to our support center, allowing our team to focus on more complex issues. I played a key role in this project by conceptualizing and writing many of the video scripts, ensuring each one was both informative and easy to understand. This initiative not only improved the customer experience but also optimized our support resources, making it a win-win for both our customers and our teams.
