Shining a Light on Our Customers’ Journeys
At Vivint Solar, we set out to capture the experiences of our customers through a series of videos that highlight their unique journeys with solar energy. From an architect building a net-zero home to a family who kept their lights on during a wildfire, and a homeowner who maintained power through the winter outage in Texas, these stories showcase resilience and innovation in the face of challenges.
I was responsible for crafting the interview questions and transforming the recorded conversations into compelling scripts that combined various customer experiences into a cohesive narrative. These videos not only celebrate our customers but also demonstrate the profound impact that solar energy had on their lives.
Dan & Donna Powers
On the 40th season of This Old House, Vivint Solar had the opportunity to participate in Don and Dana Powers’ journey to redefine their lives — a process that required them to change not just where they lived, but how. For the Powers family, reducing their impact on the environment and saving money with solar was worth the effort to become net-zero.
